Purchases under NOK 1000,- are charged with shipping NOK 69,-
Goods purchased over NOK 1000,- are delivered free of charge.
If you regret a purchase from Kvasse Kniver- and wish to return it, you can do so provided that it is sent back within 30 days of the date of purchase. Feel free to send us an email or log in and press Return on your order so that we know who and what. The item must be without damage or signs of use in the original packaging. If you make use of the right of cancellation, you will not be charged for return postage, we will pay it. Settlement of the amount paid will be transferred to the bank account as soon as we have received the item in return and checked that the item is complete and in unused condition. .
Ordering a return
Ordering a return label is very simple and can be done at retur.posten.no with the code kvasseretur . Returns are free if the package is delivered to Posten or post in a store. The package can also be collected from your postbox for an additional charge of NOK 15.
