About the Paring Knife

A paring knife is a type of knife used to peel fruit and vegetables. It has a short, stiff and slightly bent blade with an egg on the inside of the basket. This makes it easier to peel around ingredients such as popular fruits and vegetables.

Maintenance

The knives are easy to maintain and withstand steam up to 130°C, but we recommend washing them by hand. All knives deserve special care and attention when it comes to maintenance. Ideally, you should clean the knife immediately after use with mild soapy water and then rinse and dry it with a soft cloth.
