Ivo's Every Day series is produced in Portugal and is a series of knives that are punched with an all-cast handle. The series is designed for chefs who want a functional and economical product. The blade is made of punched steel of high German quality and represents a long durability for the user. The blade is made of stainless steel with chrome-molybdenum-vanadium (X50 Cr Mo V15). The handle is made of PP - polypropylene. The knives in the series satisfy HACCP guidelines.

About the Vegetable Knife

A vegetable knife is a type of knife that is specially designed for cutting vegetables and fruits. It usually has a thinner and shorter blade than other knives, which gives you extra good control and balance when cutting onions and cutting nice slices of tomato and cucumber. What vegetable knives have in common is that they are so sharp that you can split hairs with them (almost, anyway).

Maintenance

The knives are easy to maintain and withstand steam up to 130°C, but we recommend washing them by hand. All knives deserve special care and attention when it comes to maintenance. Ideally, you should clean the knife immediately after use with mild soapy water and then rinse and dry it with a soft cloth.
