Maintenance


To preserve the unique Lotan® non-stick coating for as long as possible, we recommend washing the products by hand with warm water, mild soap, and a soft sponge. Although the products are dishwasher safe, gentle hand washing will significantly extend their lifespan. Feel free to use silicone or wooden utensils to avoid scratches.

Sustainability


AMT Gastroguss focuses on sustainability through extreme durability and energy efficiency. The thick, cast aluminum base conducts and retains heat incredibly well. This means you can turn down the heat earlier, which reduces electricity consumption during cooking. Once the pan has served its purpose, the aluminum can be recycled.
