The 160 mm long, faceted blade with hole grinding on both sides ensures reduced sticking to the material being cut and makes the knife excellent for filleting and parting. The double-sided hole grinding under the facet is 100% handmade in the Nesmuk forge.
The design of the Nesmuk handle is as aesthetic as it is practical. For the wooden handles, Nesmuk uses only the best, often hand-picked pieces of exquisite quality. With wood as a naturally grown material, each handle is unique due to its individual grain, color shades and inclusions.
From flame welding and forging to hardening, tempering and sharpening the hole grinder to fitting the handle. The production of a Nesmuk EXCLUSIVE knife takes almost fifty steps from start to finish. The result is unparalleled sharpness.

Maintenance
Corrosion resistant thanks to Nesmuk Protective Coating
Thanks to the glass-like NPC coating (Nesmuk Protective Coating) developed together with the Fraunhofer Institute for Chemical Technology, the Nesmuk EXCLUSIVE blades are protected against corrosion.
The egg on the leaf is not coated. Therefore, you should always wash with mild soapy water and rinse with water immediately after use and a quick dry, so you ensure a beautiful and sharp knife for a long time to come. To preserve the shine and suppleness of the handles, you should care for them regularly with suitable oil.
Please note that the knives should not be cleaned in the dishwasher!
