The knives have blades made of high-quality German stainless steel with chrome-molybdenum-vanadium (X50 Cr Mo V15), which provides an efficient cutting ability.
The handle and blade are seamlessly connected to provide optimal antibacterial protection.
The handles are made of PP (polypropylene) and Dryflex on the outside, which gives a very good and soft rubberized grip in both wet and dry environments.

Maintenance
The knives are easy to maintain and withstand steam up to 130°C, but we recommend washing them by hand. All knives deserve special care and attention when it comes to maintenance. Ideally, you should clean the knife immediately after use with mild soapy water and then rinse and dry it with a soft cloth.
