About Trancher Gaffelen

A carving fork is a specialized kitchen utensil used in conjunction with a carving knife to slice meat, poultry, or fish. It typically has two long, sharp tines that help hold the meat in place while it is being sliced. The carving fork provides stability and precision, making it easier to cut even slices.

Maintenance

The fork is easy to maintain and can withstand steaming up to 130°C, but we recommend washing them by hand. All forks and knives deserve special care and attention when it comes to maintenance. Ideally, you should clean the fork immediately after use with mild soapy water and then rinse and dry it with a soft cloth.
